Overnight oatmilk yogurt is my best choice recently. The prep time is so time-saving that you can have a healthy breakfast on the following day.
Prep time: 3 mins | Cook time: 5 mins | Servings: 1- 2 people |
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of oats (your choice 🙂 )
- 1 box of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A small amount of cinnamon powder for flavor (a teaspoon of honey is also fine)
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
DIRECTION:
Mix all of the ingredients above together and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, you have a cup of yogurt that is both delicious and nutritious.
PRESERVATION
If you want to make oatmeal yogurt for a few days, let’s add the fruits when you are ready to eat, because the fruit will be fresh without losing taste.
Oatmeal yogurt can be stored in the refrigerator and used for 3-4 days without any fear of spoiling!
