Normally, we only drink water when we are thirsty. However, this habit will not help your body to meet the standard requirement which is 1-2 liters per person per day.
In case you are having troubles drinking enough water, you can try the below tips. They are very effective in changing your water drinking habit.
My best tip is to make that boring water into tastier fruit detox.
Here we go! The 4 Detox recipes which are easy to drink, tasty, enhance your skin, burn the fat:
Apple & Lemon Detox
- 1 yellow lemon, cut into slices and use 4 slices
- 1 green apple, cut into slices and use 4 slices
- 450ml water
Add all of them together to make a water bottle and wait for about 10 minutes for the flavors to be mixed. You can cool it using the fridge for a better taste.
Cucumber & Mint leaf (basil leaf) detox
- 1/2 a cucumber, cut into slices
- Some mint leafs
- 450 water
Add all of them together to make a water bottle and wait for about 10 minutes for the flavors to be mixed. You can cool it using the fridge for a better taste.

- 1/2 a green apple, cut into slices
- 1 piece of dried cinnamon
- 450ml water

- 450ml water
- 3 Strawberries, cut into slices
- 1/2 a cucumber, cut into slices

Storing:
You can keep those detoxes fresh by storing them inside the fridge. You can also re-fill the bottle several times with water.
For your best health, these detoxes should be drunk warm.
Always keep the bootle on your eye-sight so that you it can remind you of drinking water.
Try to build a habit of drinking a warm water cup with a few drop of Lemon or Honey in the early morning. This water cup will help your digestion system, exact toxic from the body, create a full belly feeling.
