  • Eat Clean is a method of eating healthily, not to be on diet. Each meal contains all ingredients of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, vitamin and minerals.
  • Eat Clean is to minimize the amount of processed food with oil, sugar and salt.
  • Eat Clean is to help you to be healthier, more beautiful, easier to sleep, to digest and to defend future illness.

6 NECESSARY NUTRITIOUS PROPORTIONS A DAY

6 necessary nutritious proportions a day are: Carbohydrates, Protein, Lipids – fats, Vitamins, Minerals, water.

Protein: Consume diversely from animal-base and plan-base such as: egg, meat, milk, beans in general…

Carbohydrates: Focus on cereals, whole grains with high fiber, vitamin level, to keep you full and better digestion such as: Brown rice, sweet potato, black whole grain bread, cake and bread from whole wheat flour, noodle of brown rice and oat…You can consume black beans, red beans, chicken beans and fruits

Fat: Consume from cereals and fat from food processing or from coconut oil, olive oil and fat from animal butter, animal fat, avocado, meat and sea food.

Vitamins: vitamin B, vitamin C, Vitamin A, D, E and K.

  • Fruits and vegetables: vitamin C, A and folic acid.
  • Carbohydrates – grain: vitamin group B and fiber
  • whole milk, egg yolk: Vitamin A, D and E.
  • Milk, vegetables or soy bean oil: vitamin K.

Minerals: Sodium, calcium, Iron, magnesium…

  • Milk and its products: calcium and magnesium.
  • Red meat: Iron and zinc
  • Sea foods and vegetables: iodine

Water: Consume from food, water, vegetable and fruits.

SHOULD CUT DOWN ON

  • Frizzling drinks, sweet drinks and processed drink like packaged juice
  • Cake with sugar and processed from fast metabolism carbohydrates
  • Cut down on processed food with preservatives: Instant noodle, canned food, deep fried food
  • Salt and sugar
  • Smoking
  • Alcohol and beverage
