3 FLAVOURS OF HOMEMADE ALMOND MILK

One of my family’s milk is 3 flavours of almond milk. The main ingredients are almond nuts and dates to make a wonderful sweet taste of milk. It is my pleasure to share my three recipes with everybody and let’s make it for our family every day. 

Let’s start now

  1. STRAWBERRY ALMOND MILK:

 

 

Ingredients:

– 40 grams of almonds (soaked overnight)

– 50-100 grams of strawberries (depending on your preference)

– 4-5 dates  

– 500ml water 

Direction:

– Put the above ingredients in a blender, and grind. Then, pour it out to get the water part, the residue you can keep to make a cake or make a smoothie afterward.

– The water part is actually the strawberry almond milk that you are waiting for!

 

  1. CHOCOLATE ALMOND MILK:

I strongly recommend this flavour for kids who are big fans of chocolate. 

 

Ingredients:

– 40 grams of almonds (soaked overnight)

– 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder

– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder or 1 vanilla extract (if available)

– 500ml water 

 

Direction:

– Put the above ingredients in a blender, and grind. Then, pour it out to get the water part, the residue you can keep to make a cake or make a smoothie afterward.

– The water part is actually the chocolate almond milk that you are waiting for!

 

  1. TURMERIC ALMOND MILK:

 

Ingredients:

– 40 grams of almonds (soaked overnight)

– 4-5 dates 

– 1 piece of turmeric (peeled) or 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder

– 500ml water 

 

Direction: 

Similarly to the two flavours above, the water part is actually the turmeric almond milk that you are waiting for!

This flavour is very good for our health, especially our skin and people with stomach problems. 

 

You can store the milk in a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator, it will last for 5 days. 

The almond milk is suitable for drinking directly, making smoothies, making a cake, eating with some granola, and so on.
