ROASTED SWEET POTATO
Sweet potato is one of my family’s favorite foods, especially my son loves it so much. I strongly recommend this food for children because it is beneficial for their digestion. Well, it is a good match to eat with salad and meat (or fish).
The recipe is pretty simple, let’s do it together 🙂
Prep time: 10 mins | Total time: 40 mins | Servings: 2 – 3 people |
INGREDIENTS:
300grams of sweet potato
1/4 teaspoon of salt
30ml olive oil
A little black pepper
DIRECTION:
Peel the sweet potato and cut into rounds
Put the sweet potato, salt, black pepper, and olive oil into a bowl and mix.
Put the mixture above into the tray and preheat the temperature of 430F (210C)
Then bake the sweet potato within 30-40 minutes. Don’t forget to check it every 25-minute to make sure the best color of sweet potato.
