This is one of the most famous Italian salad that you should try. The chicken breast is made based on the Italian style and combined with caesar dressing. It is pretty delicious, trust me 🙂

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN BREAST :
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1 peeled yellow lemon
3 teaspoons of yellow lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of white salt
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
350 – 400 grams of chicken breast meat
DIRECTION:
Put the ingredients above into a bowl and stir well. Then add the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put the non-stick pan on the stove, wait for the pan to be hot, then let the marinated chicken burn the edge. Put the chicken in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes till the golden color of chicken, then turn the other side.
If you have an oven, let the chicken cook at 400 F -200 C for about 8 minutes, then check the chicken.
If you do not have an oven, once the chicken is on the edge, turn down the heat to allow the chicken to cook or cover the pot for quick cooking.
After being cooked, let the chicken relax for a few minutes before cutting the chicken so that it does not dry out.
INGREDIENTS FOR CAESAR DRESSING AND SALAD
6 teaspoons of Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of anchovy core
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
3 teaspoons of olive oil
A little Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Romaine lettuce plant about 400 grams, washed, chopped

Put the lettuce in a large bowl then mix well with the salad dressing. Next cut the chicken and croutons on top. Don’t forget to add a little grated Parmesan cheese that makes the salad more fatty and attractive.
HOW TO MAKE CROUTONS
- 1 bread, cut into small pieces
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons of cooking oil (1 tablespoon of olive oil)
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Kitchen utensils: A tray, or a pan, a big bowl
Option 1: Bake in the oven
Preheat the oven at the temperature of 375F (190C)
Step 1: Mix the spices together with the bread
Step 2: Put the mixture above into a tray to bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on the temperature of your oven). Every 5 minutes you should stir well to make the crouton crispy and golden evenly.
Option 2: Cook by the gas stove, or electric stove
Similarly to the first step of option 1, then put the mixture on a saucepan and cook on the stove. Turn down the heat while stirring to make sure that the croutons are not burned. Cooking time is approximately 15 minutes (depending on the temperature of your oven)
These two options are similarly tasty, it is up to your choice. The croutons is delicious, greasy, crunchy, even for desserts and snacks.
