4 THINGS TO DO DAILY FOR A LIVELY SKIN WITHOU ACNE.

 

Today, I would like to share habits that have helped me to achieve a healthy, smooth and shiny skin.

First, this is what I have done for over 10 years and it’s super effective!

1️⃣DRINKING WATER IN THE MORNING: Emma usually wakes up at 5 or 6 a.m. the first thing I do is to boil some hot water and mix it with a scale of 100ml  hot water + 600ml water: 700ml drinking water (I have added lime juice in lately) this helps detoxing impurity easily
2️⃣DEFECATING FOR BODY DETOXING: After drinking water for about 10 minutes, I will go to toilet for defecating and detoxing to remove decayed part and scum my body. On average, each person has 4.5 kg of decaying waste in our intestine and the best eliminating method is supposed to be right after we eat. But sadly not many of us are able to do so since we take in an overloading amount of food which requires longer processing time so the amount of redundant food we have in our stomach accumulates. This along with long food processing time  has caused some to defecate once every 3-4 days or even a week or ten days.

Those related to this should change their diet as soon as possible, building water consuming habit for eliminating scums and waste within your body easily. Emma will share you some recipes on drinks that help reducing constipation and support intestine.

You can see your intestine system to be alike to a sewage system. The sewages should be  stuck due to waste and garbage. If we don’t clean the sewages, the environment surrounding the sewages should be polluted and causes illnesses. Similar to our digestive systems, if we are polluted and infected by bacteria, there is a high chance we will get sick.

3️⃣PRACTICING FOR SKIN DETOXIFICATION: After drinking warm water, I usually listen audio book for 30 minutes and have a snack of ½ of a banana before exercising for 1 hour at home. After exercising, I make 500ml celery juice to help skin detoxification. When I first drank the juice I was discouraged by the smell but it tastes great now. Drinking celery helps reducing eating craving, supporting sleeping and smoothing my skin. But for a few first days, you may see some acne, the amount depends on each person. But don’t worry, these acnes are signs of detoxification from liver through skin. Those with more toxic in liver may get more acnes and in vice versa but in the end, after all the toxicants are gone, your skin will be vibrant.
